Mission

As strategic business partners, Human Resources is dedicated to embracing change and it’s opportunities, and maximizing the potential of our greatest asset – our employees.

We are committed to fostering communication, delivering quality service, and adding value to Indiana University Northwest and its campus community.

Espousing a collaboration philosophy, we partner with our constituents and align solutions with campus initiatives and strategies. Engaging in proactive measures, we educate, empower, and develop our community.

We believe in teamwork and balance professionalism while maintaining an approachable and upbeat atmosphere.

Vision - To courageously lead our internal and external constituents with innovative solutions for the advancement of our community.
