Direct Deposit is mandatory for all employees of Indiana University
To set up your direct deposit go to one.iu.edu and sign in. Within "Employee Center," visit payroll & tax to enter your banking information and make any changes to your tax information.
- Once you set up your direct deposit, the online system allows you to make modifications as needed to your direct deposit account(s).
Update Direct Deposit Information
Direct Deposit is mandatory for all employees of Indiana University. Indiana University automatically issues paycards to employees who have not signed up for direct deposit prior to their second paycheck. You must go to your campus payroll office to pick up the IU Paycard. Be prepared to present a picture ID.
