For faculty with single office spaces, move-in will begin as early as Aug. 7.
When can we move back in?
For faculty with single office spaces
Move-in will begin Aug. 7, 2023. The schedule for individual office move-ins is as follows:
- Aug. 7-9: Individual offices on the 3rd and 4th floors
- Aug. 10-11: Individual offices on the 2nd floor
- Week of Aug. 14: Offices on the 1st floor
For group offices
Facilities Services and UITS are coordinating directly with unit heads to arrange move-in for group offices on all floors.
For classrooms/public spaces
All classrooms/public spaces should be ready and moved in by the start of the fall semester, Aug. 21, 2023.
What if I have questions during move-in?
Please use the following links to address any questions/concerns you have during move-in:
- Fill out a Facilities work order for physical move-related requests or report any building issues
- Fill out a UITS webform request for assistance with technology or to report a technical issue
