Sigma Tau Delta
The IUN English Department is proud to have its own chapter of Sigma Tau Delta, the International English Honor Society. Chapter activities in the past have included literary movie nights, and we hope that the future will allow for book swaps and literacy partnerships among other initiatives. At present, Sigma Tau Delta facilitates an online book club for IUN English Department students, faculty, staff, and alumni.
A student's membership in the Alpha Chi Beta chapter of Sigma Tau Delta at IUN is dependent upon GPA, completion of sufficient coursework within the English Department, and the vote of department faculty.
