The Bachelor of General Studies is a fully accredited, broad-based liberal arts degree without a specific major. It allows students to customize their studies in preparation for job opportunities and graduate school.
Degree Requirements
Completion of a BGS requires 120 credit hours with both an Indiana University and General Studies grade point average of at least 2.0.
Students must also complete at least 20 credit hours of Indiana University course work after admission to the BGS program.
