Admission to the College of Health and Human Services programs requires a separate application and admission process. The admission policies of individual programs within the College comply with the following standards:

To enroll in more than 18 credit hours in a Fall or Spring semester, or 9 credit hours in the summer session, please complete the CHHS Exceed Credit Hours Form.
Students who have already completed an undergraduate degree at IU or at another institution and are requesting approval to obtain a second degree should follow this process:
1.) Complete the undergraduate application found here: https://www.iun.edu/admissions/index.htm
2.) Email Dean Crystal Shannon (crshanno@iu.edu) for permission to pursue a second degree.
a. Include: Name, 1st degree, reason for wanting to pursue a second degree
b. If permission is received, the email will be automatically forwarded to admit2@iun.edu and attached to the application.
3.) Once application has been processed by the Office of Admissions, you will receive a welcome email with next steps. * Please note the application can not be processed without the approval from Dean Shannon.
4.) Complete instructions listed in the email and schedule an appointment with your academic advisor.
