Degrees & Programs
The Department of Psychology offers a major in psychology leading to the Bachelor of Arts degree and Bachelor of Science degree; a major in psychology with a concentration in Women’s and Gender Studies leading to the Bachelor of Arts degree; and a Masters in Clinical Counseling to help prepare students for work in addictions counseling. The department also provides course work for undergraduates who want to satisfy their distribution requirements.
Degree Requirements
Completion of a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology requires 120 credit hours and a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average. Completion of a Bachelor of Science in Psychology requires 128 credit hours and a minimum of a 2.0 grade point average.
