Bringing together the campus and community
The Office of Student and Community Engagement Programming (OSCEP) provide students with opportunities to expand their academic experience, build confidence and develop life skills that help them navigate toward a successful college career and graduation.
We connect students to people and projects that help them stay in school, develop professional, and personal skills and succeed long after graduation.
We work with partners on campus and in the community to create programs and experiences that help students:
- Find Their Voice: Build self-confidence for students to make their own decisions and define their own goals.
- Make Connections: Form strong relationships with mentors, peers, and community leaders.
- Get Hands-On Experience: Engage in "high impact" activities such as service projects or research that give students professional experience.
- Stay on Track: Provide assistance for students who need support to keep going, graduate on time, and prepare for a complex world.
