The IU Northwest Connects Project provides an opportunity for faculty, staff, and students to connect with one another by helping them identify common experiences that they share. Faculty and staff can choose from a list of experiences that they have had and then download a sign that displays the experiences they would like to share. The sign can be downloaded as a PDF for printing and displaying in one’s office space or as a JPEG for including in one’s email signature, Canvas page, or syllabus. Each sign serves as an invitation to connect and begin a conversation about shared experiences.
