The Office of Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs (ODEMA) serves the campus by monitoring its commitment to diversity and inclusion, while creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. We do this by offering programs and opportunities that celebrate and educate our community about the rich diversity that makes up Northwest Indiana.
