The purpose of this form is to notify the Indiana University Northwest Office of Marketing and Communications (OMC) and University Information Technology Services – Northwest (UITS-NW) of your interest in creating a public calendar for your unit using the IU LiveWhale event calendar system.
In order to ensure all calendars are adequately populated and maintained, and to prevent proliferation of calendars that eventually fall out of use, certain criteria have been established before a public calendar will be approved by OMC and UITS-NW.
