Our Role in the Recruitment Process
Our role is to ensure equity in the recruitment process and university policy compliance in the recruitment of faculty and staff positions on the IU Northwest campus.
We do this by collaborating with Academic Affairs and Human Resources in the recruitment process from start to finish. We work with hiring departments to ensure that an equitable process is in place and that there is diverse representation on the search committee.
