Technical support for your event
Special events are functions that are structured around public or specific university interests, and involve university resources that are reserved in advance. Special events are not classroom-related, and special event support is not a classroom service. For classroom audio/visual needs, complete the service request form or call the Support Center at 219-981-4357.

Request video conferencing support
Video conferencing is available in various locations on campus. Some forms of video conferencing can be done at your computer. Reserve a video conference room or request technical assistance by contacting the Support Center by phone at 219-981-4357, by email at iunhelp@iun.edu, or via our request form.
The following rooms are officially supported video conferencing spaces, which can be reserved in Outlook:
- Hawthorn Hall 318 (20 Seats)
- Hawthorn Hall 338 (9 Seats)
- Library Conference 110 (24 Seats)
- Library Conference 140A (10 Seats)
- Cedar Hall 103 (20 Seats)
